Stanislav Svyntytskyi is Chartered Certified Accountant (member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and has Master’s degree in audit and accounting from Kyiv National Trade Economy University. He started his professional path in audit but in three years requalified to accounting. He has more than 15 years of professional experience with medium and big sized international accounting companies where he held managerial positions.
Over his career he was responsible for accounting for dozens of international clients, some of them with annual turnover exceed $100 million. He is also member of a team that is harmonizing local Ukrainian standards toward International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and implemented IFRS taxonomy in Ukraine
Juhi Agrawal is a finance professional with an MBA in Finance and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), bringing over a decade of experience across corporate finance, public accounting support, and outsourced advisory services.
She began her career with global financial institutions including JP Morgan Chase and Nomura International, where she gained strong exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, risk controls, and large-scale corporate finance operations.
